FAQs

Otterhead Budleigh by Lawrence Dyer

Otterhead, Budleigh

Do you offer a money-back guarantee on prints and originals?

Yes, of course. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me to let me know that you wish to return an item. I’ll then send you instructions on how to do so.  Once the item has been returned and checked to make sure that it is in its original (resaleable) condition, then a refund for the item price will be issued. Please note that you must return the item at your own expense if you have simply changed your mind. Please use the original packaging or re-package carefully. Where items are faulty or incorrectly desribed the cost of returning them will also be refunded.

How big are the prints?

This will vary a little with the shape of the artwork/ image. But a typical print is as follows:

Image size: approx 340 mm x 200 mm.   Mount size:  approx 457 mm x 343 mm ( 18 x 13 1/2 inches ).

Widths stay the same, but depths (top to bottom) may vary depending on the proportions of the original artwork – a squarer shaped print will be deeper, as will its mount.

How are items shipped to me?

Usually this will be through a Royal Mail ‘signed-for’ method. All items are carefully and protectively packaged. Currently all items on this site have free shipping within the UK if you opt for the Standard Delivery rate.  If you are purchasing from outside the UK then shipping costs will apply at all rates.

How quickly will my order reach me?

We aim to get your order to you as fast as is reasonably possible. If you want your order the next day a Fast Delivery rate is available. You have to pay for it (Standard Delivery is free in the UK), but it means we drop everything and concentrate on getting your order to the post office fast!  Usually for the free rate you can expect your order to arrive inside a week, often in only a few days. If an item is out of stock then it may take a little longer (say, 2 weeks to get it made then shipped) but we will advise you if that is the case. If you need your order for a present for someone then please let us know and we’ll do our best.

What are the details about your prints?

Please click here: About the Prints to find out how the prints are made and what they consist of.
